How it works

Assay principle

Revvity cAMP kits are based on a competitive format involving a specific antibody labeled with cryptate (donor) and cAMP coupled to d2 (acceptor). This enables the direct characterization of all types of compounds acting on Gs-coupled receptors in either adherent or suspension cells.

Assay protocol

The protocol is simple and straightforward, with just two incubation steps: - Cell stimulation by the target compounds - cAMP detection using HTRF reagents.

Assay details

cAMP Gs hirange product specifications

If your experimental design uses membrane preparations, lipoparticles or purified receptors, or if your samples have large quantities of cAMP, the Gs HiRange kit will fit your needs!

The kit shows no ATP cross-reactivity up to 10mM, allowing the user to operate with large ranges of ATP and enabling membrane work.

Designed for optimal signal performance, cAMP - Gs HiRange offers a maximized signal-to-background score.
