Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-ERK 1/2 (Thr202/Tyr204) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate was prepared from A431 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium for 3 days, then treated with EGF (200 ng/mL) for 10 min and lysed in 20 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
