KEPLER™ Host-Agnostic Microbiome Profiler:

Kepler employs a versatile, host-independent curated database to analyze a wide range of samples, including environmental, animal, soil, and food samples, among others. Kepler maximizes the value of metagenomic data by integrating the accuracy of K-mer exact-matching with the flexibility of probabilistic alignment. Flexible multiplexing options: Up to 1,536 UDI or 96 UDI-UMI adapters

Barcodes are not supplied with the NEXTFLEX Rapid XP DNA-seq kit v2 and need to be purchased separately. We offer 384 color-balanced NEXTFLEX UDI adapters that improve multiplexing capabilities for both low-level and high-level multiplexing needs and a set of 1,536 NEXTFLEX UDI adapters for ultra high-throughput applications.
