The NeoBase™ 2 Succinylacetone Assay Solution is intended for in vitro diagnostic use with the NeoBase 2 Non-derivatized MSMS kit (3044-0010) and the NeoBase 2 Non-derivatized Assay Solutions (3045-0010) to extract succinylacetone from blood samples dried on filter paper. Measurement of argininosuccinic acid requires use of NeoBase 2 Succinylacetone Assay Solution.
