The chemagic™ Viral DNA/RNA 300 Kit H96 can be used for automated viral nucleic acid purification from up to 300 µl plasma, serum, or swabs on the chemagic 360 instrument.
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Plasma, serum, saliva and transport media from naso- or oropharyngeal swabs can be used directly in aliquots of 300 μl per isolation. Sample material from dried swabs, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) and sputum has to be liquefied before use. Using the chemagic 96 Rod Head, the chemagic Viral DNA/RNA 300 Kit H96 can be used for 96 samples per run. The isolated nucleic acids are suitable for all kind of downstream applications such as NGS, MLPA, qPCR, etc. used in genetic analysis workflows.
